- Do you have a minimum contract period?
- No. Your Manage It Pro contract can be terminated at any time if you decide it's not for you. You don't even have to give us a notice period.
- Does Manage It Pro work with any device?
- It doesn't matter if it's your PC, Mac, tablet or mobile phone, anything that has a web browser will work.
- If there is a feature I need that isn't in Manage It Pro, what should I do?

- Can I give different users rolls and permissions?
- You can add users to your Manage It Pro platform and define what scopes they have and to what extent they can interact with Manage It Pro. On the one hand, you may want to allow a user access to every feature of Manage It Pro such as viewing, creating, updating, and deleting records or interacting with clients. On the other hand, you may only want to allow another user to have access to view and create documents while not having permission to update, delete them or interact with clients. This is made easy and can be controlled from within the Team Settings section.
